Subject: The fifth call to submit promissory note documents for their dematerialisation
The Management Board of VRG S.A with its registered office in Kraków ["Company"] informs that pursuant to Art. 15 sec. 1 and art. 15 sec. 3 of the Act of August 30, 2019 Amending the Code of Commercial Companies and Certain Other Acts (published in Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) ["Act"], of March 1, 2021, warranty subscription in in the documentary form will lose the mandate.
According to Art. 16 of the Act, the Management Board of the Company, for the first time, the date of submitting the subscription license agreement documents entitling to take up the Company's shares for dematerialization. Documents should be submitted to the registered office of the Company against a written receipt, i.e. in Kraków, ul. Pilotów nr 10, 31-462 Kraków, p. IX, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
